Return & Exchange Policy

At LAB DIPS, we want you to love your purchase as much as we do. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 10 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

•  Unwashed, and in original condition
  
• In the original packaging

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors within 10 days of delivery. Items must meet the same conditions as returns.

How to Return or Exchange

1. Contact us at customerservice@labdips.com with your order number
2. We'll provide you with return instructions
3. Pack your items securely with the original packaging
4. Ship the items back to us

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
